3. Payment and Fees
• All fees for legal services are fixed and clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Payments must be completed in full prior to the commencement of services.
• We do not accept retainers or bill by the hour.
• Refunds are handled as set forth in Section 8 below.
4. No Attorney-Client Relationship with Lawyer Up Now LLC
• Your use of this Site and Lawyer Up Now LLC’s platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Lawyer Up Now LLC.
• An attorney-client relationship is established only between you and the individual attorney you retain through our platform.
• Lawyer Up Now LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or advice.
• Because there is no attorney-client relationship with Lawyer Up Now LLC, any communications with us are notprotected by attorney-client privilege.
5. User Responsibilities
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required.
• You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• You acknowledge that legal outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
• We take reasonable measures to protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Any information shared with the attorney you retain is subject to the confidentiality obligations of that attorney under New York law.
